Return & Refund Policy

    1. No Exchange, No Return, No Refund on dislike basis & any other relevant obligatory matter.
    2. 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage / wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause / cut in 24 hours duration of parcel received.
    3. Slight color will vary or Light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.
    4. Small issue not considered in damage at all.

    Damages & Any Genuine Issues

    Please inspect your order properly upon receipt from our delivery team & contact us immediately within 24 hours (ONLY) if the item is defective (product delivered completely NIL & Not working at all at the time of open box delivery), damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that our inspection team can evaluate the issue & make it right.
    For a wrong / damaged product delivery return acceptance, Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, & in its original packaging (without any scratches & possible noticeable marks). We’ll also need the order receipt or proof of purchase for our reference & check.

    For the item to be returned back to us, Customer needs to send us back the item at Pitampura Metro Station & Our return pick up team will collect it from their. Return charges if any to be borne by the customer. (No price adjustments will be made by - Gadget Palace)

    If any genuine defaults noticed in the returned product received & If replacement is decided by the inspection team then customer needs to pickup the replacement product from same pick up point - Pitampura Metro Station. Replacement product pick up charges will be borne by the customer (No price adjustments will be made by - Gadget Palace)

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, & let you know if the refund / replacement for your order was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be notified about the replacement / refund from our inspection team at the earliest on your registered mobile number.
    If the refund needs to be processed as per inspection done, Refund will be done on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process & post the refund too in your source account.

    If more than 15 business days have passed & Refund payment if any still not received from the date of approved return, please contact us immediately atcare.thegadgetpalace@gmail.com.
